What Is Bone Mineral Density?

Here at Sun Valley Arthritis Center our DXA (DEXA) equipment is an essential exam to evaluate your bone health. Our GE Lunar DXA scanner is state of the art equipment used for patient testing and participation in investigational drug studies.

The exam results are immediate, and faxed to your primary care physician. Bone density testing is noninvasive, comfortable, and conveniently scheduled for both established and non-established patients alike. We also offer body composition scans for those looking to follow their weight and training regimens.
